Workshops
I’m pleased to offer a new workshop this January, geared towards experienced writers. This workshop will be different from the classes I have run in the past. In short: no written critiques, but a lot more writing!
Here are the details:
* The workshop is open to both fiction and nonfiction writers, and limited to eight participants.
* We will meet weekly, on Wednesday evenings, for sixteen sessions, starting on January 18 and running through May 2.
* Everyone will submit work for critique six times – every two or three weeks.
* There will be weekly page minimums, to keep you writing even in the weeks that your work is not being critiqued by the group.
* You’ll get a curriculum of reading and short, targeted, at-home assignments, to keep you thinking about craft and engaged with your project.
* Every workshop session will include some discussion of process, to help you move through the resistance that we all face when we write.

If a workshop isn’t a good fit for you right now, I have a few spaces left for one-on-one consults — email me for details.
